With fifteen days left before the seal lifts, the Dark Guild and his uncle Mawson are deliberately amplifying the beast tide—aiming to seize the Beast Forest’s mining rights and the White fortune. Ian meant to wait it out. But as defenses collapse, he is forced to act in secret—using his gift to command wild beasts and quietly turn back the tide, again and again. Thain, a Saint-level beast tamer, begins to suspect him. Against all opposition, he names Ian to lead the defense. In the end, Ian claims the Beast King’s Medallion his mother left behind, awakens his full power, summons all beasts to drive back the tide—and exposes his uncle and the Dark Guild before the entire city. He inherits the family legacy and rises as the city-state’s new Beast King.
